Ingredients

9 portions
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs and little by little add sugar, once they foam and change color, turn off the blender . Add the flour and the baking powder (previously sifted) in an enveloping way, with the help of a spatula.
Add the orange zest.
Pour the dough into the mold, previously greased and floured.
Bake the pancake for 25 minutes.
Wrapped: Combine the eggnog, 1 cup of condensed milk and 1/2 cup of milk. Bat the cake and refrigerate for two hours.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a clay dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.

TIPS

Beat the eggs enough to make it very fluffy.

Muy malas las recetas, no pone cuánta azúcar lleva, solo usas media taza de leche y te pide un cuarto más y no se para que pide la mantequilla, si el molde lo engrasas con muy poca margarina o aceite.
