This recipe is rich and easy to make where sweet potato is used as the main ingredient. It is ideal for autumn, since it is easier to get the sweet potato.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon milled
  • 3 spoonfuls of milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of Gloria® butter without salt
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 150 grams of sweet potato cooked and mashed

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour the mold.
    Mix the baking powder, cinnamon, milk powder, nutmeg and flour. Reserve
    Add the butter to the sugar, add the eggs one by one until they are well incorporated. Add the sweet potato and continue beating.
