Ingredients

8 portions
  • 10 grams baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, milled
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 250 grams flour
  • 150 grams Gloria® butter without salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams sweet potato, cooked and mashed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour the mold.
Mix the baking powder, cinnamon, milk powder, nutmeg and flour. Reserve
Add the butter to the sugar, add the eggs one by one until they are well incorporated. Add the sweet potato and continue beating.
gradually integrate the dry ingredients until well integrated.
Empty the mixture in the pancake mold and place in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until it is well cooked.

PRESENTATION
