A sophisticated dessert, sweet and relatively difficult because it requires time and attention to achieve the ideal texture. The passion fruit is a mango-like tropical fruit that is delicious in desserts.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 32 Oreo cookies ground
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoonful of vegetable oil
  • 2 envelopes of jelly without flavor
  • 3/4 of Cup of Water boiling
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of passion fruit pulp
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 11/2 of Cup of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of chantilly cream (prepared)

    Preparation

    Mix the cookies with butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly on the base of a removable mold, previously oiled. Freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and reserve.
    Dissolve in a bowl the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water in a water bath or in the microwave for 10 seconds. Let it cool. Reservation.
    Bring a pot to the fire with the rest of the water, the sugar and the passion fruit pulp. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Remove the foam that forms.
    Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and passion fruit pulp in a bowl. Add half the dissolved gelatin. Pour over cookies and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and reserve.
    Beat 1 cup of chantilly cream with the other half of dissolved gelatin. Place in the mold and refrigerate again for 3 hours.
    Remove from the refrigerator, unmold on a tray, decorate with the rest of chantilly cream and caramels. It serves.

    TIPS

    Chantilly cream can be made by you, or bought ready (just add milk and beat). CHANTILLY CREAM: Milk cream Powdered sugar Vanilla Essence (optional) Formula: Beat all the ingredients. For 500 ml of cream, 100 of sugar.

    Tu receta esta mal redactada no se entienden las medidas de la leche condensada y que caramelos o es wue hay que hacer caramelo aparte con maracuya . Acabo de hacerla si quieres te la posteo.
