6 portions
  • 1 sheet dough, ravine
  • brown sugar, to sprinkle
  • 20 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream, thick
  • fruits, or mint to decorate

We make the apple compote as I explained in your recipe recently. We reserve while we prepare the tartlets.
We heat the oven to 180º heat up down without air. We grease six individual molds and fill with the dough. Cut the remaining edges and puncture the base with a fork so that the dough does not rise.
We bake for 10 minutes. We remove from the oven and fill with the applesauce that we distribute among the six molds. On top we toss bits of butter and a little thick cream.
Sprinkle with brown sugar to taste and bake until the edges of the tartlets are lightly browned, about 15 minutes, depends on the oven.
Remove from the oven, mold and serve warm preferably, with ice cream or hot chocolate sauce.

These apple pie tarts can be taken either warm or cold, as we prefer. Accompanied with vanilla ice cream if we make them in summer, or a hot chocolate sauce, if we prepare the recipe in cold season, we complete this

We can exchange the fruit for which we like the most, although it is interesting to prepare it previously in compote to reduce the baking time. If we try more juicy fruits, we will drain part of the syrup so that the dough does not remain soft. B
