Cut the apples into small pieces, put them in a pan with a splash of water. Wait for the apple to draw a juice.
Mix the flour, the icing sugar, and the cinnamon, when the apple releases a little juice put that mixture of powders and mix well until the apple looks a little brown.
Then turn off the heat of the pan and let stand, so while mixing, the eggs, a spoonful of vanilla extract and milk.
Heat in the microwave 2 slices of bread for 20 seconds take out the bread and put 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture, close the loaves and with a mold to cut the bread, it has to look like a little ball without edges.
After the ball of bread with apple is ready, submerge it in the milk mixture and put it in a pan until golden brown.
Wait for them to cool and decorate with whipped cream.
