Preparation
We crush the cookies and mix them with the butter. We lined with this mixture a removable mold of 22cm in diameter.
We peel the apples and laminate them with the help of a mandolin. We cook them for 15 minutes in the orange juice.
Beat the cheese with the 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar. We pour this mixture on our cookie base.
Next to the layer of cheese we are placing the rolled apples that we have cooked in the orange juice.
Mix the 120gr of sugar with flour and butter. We will get some crumbs (mix ingredients do not knead) We place these crumbs on apples as a cover.
We take the cake to the oven preheated 180º for 25-30 min.
We remove the cake and sprinkle with sugar glass and cinnamon.
