This dessert is a fruity and creamy mix, it is very light to carry apple and at the same time super creamy for the cheese pie as well as very easy to make, the combination of flavors is the vital part of this delicious dessert.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 5 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 120 grams butter
  • 200 grams cookie, of vanilla or cinnamon
  • 50 grams walnut
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Preparation

Grind the cookies in the blender and the walnut, stir and form a dough with the melted butter.
Line a cake mold with the cookie and walnut dough.
Apart peel and cut into small slices the apple, expand them in a tray, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon and put them to dehydrate for 30 min.
Add the slices of dehydrated and sweetened apples to the mold with the dough.
Mix the cheeses, the condensed milk, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch and vanilla in the blender and pour it into the mold with apples.
Bake at 180 ° C for 50 min.

TIPS

You can eat it hot and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, the contrast of temperatures will make it even more delicious !.
