Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 apples, without shell and cut into quarters, for the compote
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for applesauce
  • 2 star anise, for applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, for applesauce
  • 8 cookies, of oats
  • 2 cups Double cream cheese, (you can also use cream cheese)
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • apples, to decorate
  • enough cookie, powder, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot over low heat, cook apples with sugar, anise, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft. Let cool and reserve.
Place the cookies in a resealable bag and with the help of a roller, hit until you have small pieces. Reservation.
Beat the double cream cheese with the glass sugar and the vanilla essence.
Place some of the cookies in a glass cup, then the applesauce, the cheese mixture and repeat the process until the glass is filled. Decorate with apples, cookie powder and enjoy.
