Delicious Apple Pie

This apple pie with crumble is a delight, I love preparing this dessert in my favorite gatherings and to screen my guests.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups lard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • enough Water, frost
  • 3 golden apples
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 bar butter

Preparation

Close 2 cups of flour together with the salt 3 times, add the butter and mix it with your fingers until you get a gritty appearance, add water by spoonfuls until a manageable dough forms, spread with a rolling pin and a mold for pie is covered and the bottom and sides are chopped with a fork, we reserve.
The apples are washed, the peel and the center are removed, cut into thin slices and mixed with a cup of sugar and placed on the shell to pay, then the half cream, eggs and liquid cream, beat very well and empty on the apples that are in the shell to pay.
For the cover: In a bowl place 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, butter (at room temperature), vanilla and cinnamon, mix with a fork until you get a smooth and manageable paste, place it between of two plastics and it extends until it has the appropriate size to cover the mold, it is placed as if it were a lid on the apples (clear without the plastic) and it is baked at 180 ° C for about 1 hour or until a toothpick is placed center east come out clean.

PRESENTATION

You can place a scoop of vanilla ice cream or walnut on the slice when you serve it.

TIPS

Butter and butter should be at room temperature. The water must be frozen and is added by the tablespoon, the amount varies so I did not put an exact amount.
