A recipe inherited from my mother, easy, economical and delicious. A sure success.

Ingredients

15 servings
  • 1 kilo of apple green
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • Apricot jams

    Preparation

Buy 1 kilo of green apples, peel and chop all but one and a half that we leave to decorate.
Put in a bowl, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour, a glass of milk and apples in pieces. Go through the blender , it has to be completely crushed. Pour the mixture into the mold.
Cut the apple and half into very thin slices and decorate the cake. Dilute peach jam in water and paint the apple after it is placed.
Bake 1 hour more or less at about 200ºC.

    PRESENTATION

I have used countless molds to present this cake, even in the shape of a bear, and it always looks spectacular.

    TIPS

You can use any variety of apple, although the reinetas are with which this cake is best.
