Preparation
Turn the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Peel the apples and slice them thin.
Mix the sugar, spices and cream together with the apples.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and spread it to cover the round pyrex of 9 inches.
Add the apple mixture.
Spread the rest of the dough and cut into strips.
Braid them and put them on as a cover to cover the mold and the mixture.
Varnish with the yolk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until light brown.
