Ingredients

12 portions
  • 750 grams golden apple
  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 200 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 50 grams almond
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Peel apples and split into thin slices. Beat 200 gr butter with 100 gr. sugar, add eggs one by one beating well between each one. Add vanilla and zest.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Sift flour with royal. Add to the butter mixture alternating with milk and ground almonds.
Put the pasta in a greased and floured Spring Form mold (desmoldable). Arrange the apples on top and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF. Remove from the oven, cool for 10 minutes and unmold. When it is already cold sprinkle with icing sugar.

PRESENTATION

Only with a little bit of glass sugar is very nice.

TIPS

It is perfect for tea time. He tastes very good the next day.
