Ingredients

10 portions
  • 15 grams gelatin, (2 envelopes)
  • 170 grams cookie
  • 90 grams butter, (1 bar)
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 355 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 139 grams condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

First in your blender you will crush the cookies until they are powdered. Then you will melt your butter (as you want in a microwave or in a bain-marie) And you will mix the two ingredients, and when you have them well mixed and it looks like sand, you will put it in your mold making a crust.
Blend 2 bars of cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk and lemon juice. Mix the 2 sachet of grenetine with half a cup of water (more or less) and leave it there for a while until it becomes like gelatin. In the microwave or bain-marie, melt the grenetina until it looks like honey, and you will put it in the previous mixture and you will liquefy it again. This mixture is going to empty it into your mold.
You're going to put it in the refrigerator all night. Or if not in the freezer for 3 to 5 hours.

PRESENTATION

You can garnish it with strawberry jam, blackberry or any flavor.

TIPS

Ensure that the cookie crust is very firm or if it is not going to break.
