Ingredients

12 servings
  • 200 grams of Oreo cookie for the base
  • 4 spoonfuls of Hazelnut cream for the base
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for the base
  • 6 packages of cream cheese 190gr each
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream cool
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate melted
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa
  • 200 grams of milk chocolate melted, for the cheesecake
  • 200 grams of White chocolate melted, for the cheesecake
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate melted, to decorate
  • 4 cookie waffle cut in half, to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate chip to decorate
  • 5 Chocolate Truffle white, to decorate
  • 1 stick of dark chocolate in pieces, to decorate

Preparation

For the base, place the cookies in a food processor and crush 2 minutes, until you get a powder.
Mix the cookies with the hazelnut cream and the butter until it integrates.
Place in a cake pan with waxed paper, add the previous mixture and press with your hand to form the base. Reservation.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar until it has a creamy and smooth consistency; add the cream to beat and beat until they form soft peaks.
Separate the previous mixture in three bowls, in one add the cocoa and the bitter chocolate, in another the milk chocolate and in the third the white chocolate. Mix in an enveloping way until integrating.
Pour the bitter chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and chill for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the second layer, pour the chocolate milk mixture over the bitter chocolate layer, and cool for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the last layer, pour the white chocolate mixture over the milk chocolate chessecake and cool for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
Unmold the cheesecake and decorate with melted chocolate, waffle waffle, chocolate chips, white chocolate truffles and pieces of more chocolate.

PRESENTATION

On a cake base, accompanied with a cappuccino.

TIPS

The melted chocolate must be at room temperature, so that the cheesecake does not lose consistency.

Deliciosa receta, fácil de preparar y el resultado es magistral. A todos nos encantó el resultado :3 y eso que preparé el cheesecake con la mitad de medidas que se dan acá porque era mi primer intento. Los insumos sí son algo caros, pero vale la pena hacerlo.
