Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams Oreo cookie, for the base
  • 4 tablespoons Hazelnut cream, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the base
  • 6 packages cream cheese, 190gr each
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, cool
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 200 grams milk chocolate, melted, for the cheesecake
  • 200 grams White chocolate, melted, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, melted, to decorate
  • 4 cookie waffle, cut in half, to decorate
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip, to decorate
  • 5 Chocolate Truffle, white, to decorate
  • 1 stick bitter chocolate, in pieces, to decorate

Preparation

For the base, place the cookies in a food processor and crush 2 minutes, until you get a powder.
Mix the cookies with the hazelnut cream and the butter until it integrates.
Place in a cake pan with waxed paper, add the previous mixture and press with your hand to form the base. Reservation.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar until it has a creamy and smooth consistency; add the cream to beat and beat until they form soft peaks.
Separate the previous mixture in three bowls, in one add the cocoa and the bitter chocolate, in another the milk chocolate and in the third the white chocolate. Mix in an enveloping way until integrating.
Pour the bitter chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and chill for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the second layer, pour the chocolate milk mixture over the bitter chocolate layer, and cool for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the last layer, pour the white chocolate mixture over the milk chocolate chessecake and cool for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
Unmold the cheesecake and decorate with melted chocolate, waffle waffle, chocolate chips, white chocolate truffles and pieces of more chocolate.

PRESENTATION

On a cake base, accompanied with a cappuccino.

TIPS

The melted chocolate must be at room temperature, so that the cheesecake does not lose consistency.
