Ingredients

8 portions
  • 380 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Mint liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pay crust, of chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, green to decorate pastry

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar at medium speed. Add the mint and vanilla liquor; mix well. Add the eggs; Beat them only until mixed.
