I present a variation of petitsuisse cheescake, where chocolate powder and bar is used. Ideal to eat it cold. The semifreddo chocolate dessert is simply spectacular. Accompany it with a hot coffee or a glass of milk. You will love it!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 1 chocolate cookie
  • 6 jellies
  • 70 grams butter
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 6 dark chocolates
  • 130 grams Reeses chocolate

Preparation

Crush the chocolate cookies.
Reserve the cream. Pour the melted butter and mix well with the cookies.
Put in the base of a mold, crush very well and place it in the refrigerator. Hydrate the gelatine in cold water and heat half of the milk. Pour the gelatin into the hot milk, stir until dissolved and add the rest of the milk.
Mix the reserved cream, cheese, chocolates and sugar in a bowl. It must be homogeneous. Incorporate the milk and stir.
Take to the refrigerator at least 1/2 hour. It has to be half curdled to add the sliced ​​resses.
Pour into the mold and back to the cold for at least 3/4 hours.
Serve cold.

PRESENTATION

Place a generous slice on a plate. Sprinkle the dessert with a little cocoa.

TIPS

Refrigerate all night before serving.
