I love cheese pie, but sugar hurts me, so I worked out a recipe that would not affect my health, besides being quick to taste, so this is my recipe.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 500 grams Double cream cheese
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 30 grams Sugar substitute, (or 30 envelopes)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cups Water, cool
  • cooking spray oils, butter flavor
  • 200 grams sugar-free cookie
  • 50 grams butter, melted

Preparation

Grease a mold to square about 20 cms with the spray oil, lightly, then pass a paper napkin, to remove excess.
In a food processor put the cookies until they are pulverized.
Add the melted butter little by little to the cookies that are in the food processor.
Empty the previous mixture to the pie mold, and press until there is a firm base, only on the bottom, the sides leave them free of biscuit, reserve.
Hydrate the grenetine with cold water and melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave (at 30% power for one minute).
In a separate bowl, beat the cream, vanilla and sugar substitute, when they are integrated, add the cheese, beat until it is a smooth mixture.
Add the grenetina to the previous mixture and continue beating for one minute.
Finally empty the mixture before the mold with the cookie base that we previously made and refrigerate for about an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a coulis of strawberry or red fruits, but sweetened with sugar substitute, to continue with the low GI (glycemic index).

TIPS

To the cookie base you can add 1/2 cup of previously roasted oatmeal and remove 100 grams of biscuit, so this recipe will be much healthier.
