Preparation
Integrate the flour with butter and salt.
Add the sugar and mix to a sandy consistency.
Add the egg and knead to have a smooth paste.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Stretch and place inside a previously greased and floured microwave oven mold.
Cook for 10 minutes at medium high power or until firm.
Allow to cool and remove mold carefully. Mix the grenetina with the water and let it rest.
Heat the evaporated milk for 1 minute, dissolve the grenetine in the microwave in 3 intervals of 3 seconds and mix with the evaporated milk.
Blend this with condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon zest.
Pour into the base to try to refrigerate for 40 minutes or until the cheese is firm.
