This dessert was made for my mom's birthday since she has problems with sugar and it was a good idea to try it since it is not a birthday without a cake.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 package Marie biscuit, o oatmeal cookies
  • cinnamon, for the base, this is to taste
  • 100 grams margarine, low in fat, melted
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 500 grams cream cheese, low in fat
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda, or some edulorante
  • 2 trays strawberry, half kilo approx
  • 250 grams splenda sugar, for decoration
  • drizzle Rum, if you want
  • 2 trays strawberry, half kilo approx
  • butter cooking spray, or butter or margarine; That is to the liking of the person I used low-fat spam

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a removable mold preferably.
To crush the cookies and to place the mold to mix the cinnamon and the margarine and we make a base the we put it to the furnace by 10 minutes and we reserve it.
Mix the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water and heat in a pan over low heat.
In another container mix the beaten egg whites, add the dissolved gelatin and beat, add the cream cheese, vanilla, rum and educolor, beat again. After placing in a mold, let cool in the freezer.
Decorations: cut or chop strawberries and place in a pot with water and splenda and cook them over low heat and a little rum until the liquid thickens a little and then shredded let cool
Once the cake is ready and the strawberry sauce fry, pour over the cake and we decorate with the rest of the strawberries

PRESENTATION

You can use the fruit of your preference for decoration.

TIPS

In the case of strawberries, especially if they are ripe, it is enough to put half as much sugar as strawberries.
