This dessert was made for my mom's birthday since she has problems with sugar and it was a good idea to try it since it is not a birthday without a cake.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a removable mold preferably.
To crush the cookies and to place the mold to mix the cinnamon and the margarine and we make a base the we put it to the furnace by 10 minutes and we reserve it.
Mix the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water and heat in a pan over low heat.
In another container mix the beaten egg whites, add the dissolved gelatin and beat, add the cream cheese, vanilla, rum and educolor, beat again. After placing in a mold, let cool in the freezer.
Decorations: cut or chop strawberries and place in a pot with water and splenda and cook them over low heat and a little rum until the liquid thickens a little and then shredded let cool
Once the cake is ready and the strawberry sauce fry, pour over the cake and we decorate with the rest of the strawberries
