Preparation
Freeze condensed milk and evaporated milk for 30 minutes.
Blend condensed milk with evaporated milk and lemon juice.
In a refractory place a layer of cream, a layer of cookies and so on until the ingredients are finished and the last layer is cream.
Garnish with the lemon zest and freeze for 20 minutes.
