Preparation
Grind the cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
Cover the base of a removable mold with an even layer of the mixture formed by the cookies and butter. Press well to make it a "hard" layer.
Blend cheese, condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Add the grated zest and lemon juice to the previous mixture and liquefy a little more.
Place the previous mixture in the mold on the base of biscuits with butter.
Put in the freezer for 2 to 2 and a half hours.
Before serving, leave the pie for 15 minutes outside the freezer.
