Preparation
Melt the butter, mill the biscuits and mix them with the butter until a batter is formed and mold it into a crust for the pie, ready to be placed in the freezer 20 minutes approximately.
The gelatin is hydrated in the syrup and dissolved in the microwave for 25 seconds, set aside, in the blender place the cream cheese, condensed milk, half and half, 6 slices of mango and liquefy all completely. Finally dissolve the gelatin, add the syrup and liquefy for 2 more minutes and that's it.
The above mixture is emptied into the pie shell and is refrigerated for about 30 minutes to set completely.
The remaining 2 slices of mango are cut into strips and when the pie is firm, decorate to taste.
Let cool and serve.
