Delicious pie of fresh fruits, ideal for any occasion, from a family reunion to a social event.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup flour, sifted (160 grams), for the base
  • 1 bar butter, (90 grams), for the base
  • 1 egg, big, for the base
  • 1 pinch salt, for the base
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the pastry cream
  • 1 cup Water, for the pastry cream
  • 3 egg yolks, for the pastry cream
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch, for the pastry cream
  • 1/2 cups Water, for the pastry cream
  • 1 can Nestle media creama, for the pastry cream
  • to taste fruit, to decorate

Preparation

For the base: mix the ingredients to form a smooth paste, empty on a floured table and spread the dough with a rolling pin; line the mold to pay, chop the base with a fork so that it does not rise and bake for 25 minutes. NOTE: PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES.
For the pastry cream: boil the condensed milk with the cup of water; Meanwhile beat the yolks with the cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water, add to the boiling condensed milk without stopping to move until it thickens and remains like a custard, remove from the heat and mix the half cream; empty on the base of the baked pie, let cool and decorate with the fruits to your liking.
