This amazing cake with a base of Toks® granola and biscuit, filled with a creamy cream cheese mix with white chocolate and lots of colorful and fresh fruits, will be the ideal cake for you to prepare for your guests and surprise them with this fun dessert of many colors and flavors.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of Granola Mazahua Toks® for the base
  • 1 Cup of cookie of orange, for the base
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the base
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate for stuffed ganache
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream hot, for ganache
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese (190 gc / u) cut into cubes for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the filling
  • to taste of Vegetable food coloring for filling
  • 1 Cup of grape to decorate
  • 1 piece of Kiwi cut into slices to decorate
  • 1 piece of peach to decorate
  • 1 Cup of raspberry to decorate
  • 3 pieces of cherries in syrup to decorate
  • 1 Cup of blueberry to decorate
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry cut in half, to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of chia to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of toasted sesame seeds to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of pistachio peeling, to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base, in a processor place the Mazahua Toks® Granola with the biscuits and butter, process until a masita is made, place the preparation in a rectangular cake mold and compact with a spoon. Refrigerate until the butter hardens.
    For the filling: In a bowl mix the cream to beat hot with the chocolate to integrate.
    In a bowl beat the cheese with the sugar, add the ganache and divide into 5 bowls. Paint each bowl of a different color: blue, purple, pink, yellow and green. Place your mixes in pastry sleeves and fill the cake, taking care not to mix the colors. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set well.
    Remove from refrigeration, decorate with fruit, mint and seeds. Serve and enjoy.

    Decorate your cake with fresh seasonal fruit.

    TIPS

    The mixture of the base has to be well compressed so that it does not fall apart.
