Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
For the dough: Mix the flour with the sugar. Add the water, the yolk and finally the butter. Mix until a broken dough is obtained. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cut the nuts and plums the size you prefer.
Stretch the dough, place in molds of tartlets or cake and chop the bottom of the dough with a fork (this will prevent it from inflating when baked).
Arrange the prunes in the bottom and the nuts on top.
Mix the sugar with the egg and then add the cream and vanilla (scrape the pod with a spoon to remove the seeds).
Pour the cream into the molds.
Cook 30 min approx. a170-180 degrees centigrade.
Once cold, sprinkle icing sugar on top with the help of a colander.
