Delicious mango pie of the variety petacón, ideal for when you crave something sweet and delicious.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup mango, cubed petacón
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 package cookie
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature

Preparation

Grind the cookie and mix with the butter to form a paste. Place in a glass or ceramic pie pan and make the base.
Blend mango with condensed milk, reserve
Hydrate the gelatin in a glass with cold water. Once hydrated heat a few seconds in the mic to obtain liquid consistency (not overheating)
Pour into the mango and milk mixture and blend again until the ricottin is well mixed
Empty mixture in base with the cookie and refrigerate until curd

PRESENTATION

Decorate the slice with mint leaves. Serve cold.

TIPS

If you want to add a fresh touch, add some mint leaves to the mango mixture before liquefying
