Preparation
Mix the pastry cream with the whipping cream.
Hydrate the grenetine with boiled water to cover it, then take it to the microwave oven to heat it. It must be well dissolved and liquidated. Add the passion fruit pulp and mix well.
Add the hydrated gelatin to the cream mixture and stir quickly to incorporate well. You can heat a part of the mixture of creams and add the melted grenetina, cream and return to the rest of the mixture of creams.
Crush the cookies, melt the butter and mix. Cover a foot pan with the mixture and sprinkle with a spoon. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Pour the filling on the base of the baked pie.
Decorate the foot with whipped cream or egg whites beaten with sugar.
