It is an excellent dessert to enjoy at any time, which is also very easy to prepare because you do not need an oven to do it. It has an incredible crust of biscuit and a filling of cream cheese that complements very well with the taste of strawberries. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cups Water, boiling
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 kilos strawberry
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Grind the cookies (they can be in the blender), they must be well ground and place them in the mold you are going to use.
Melt the butter and empty the mold with the cookies, mix them perfectly and see how they shape (as if it were a pie), press on the sides and the bottom of the mold a bit of the mixture of the cookies. Put the mold into the refrigerator while you finish the rest.
Put the grenetine to hydrate in cold water for 10 minutes and then add the boiling water.
Boil condensed milk and evaporated milk, turn off the heat when it is boiling and add the grenetina and let cool.
Once the mixture that we boil is cold, it is emptied into the mold with a spoon (so as not to break the cookie base) and it is put in the refrigerator until it sets and places a bit of strawberries in half and lets it set completely.
You can garnish with strawberries on top and enjoy it.
