Preparation
For the mold paste The butter is stirred with salt and flour (the water is added) until it forms a paste. Line the mold and put in the oven until golden brown (180-200 degrees centigrade).
For the filling, mix everything in a blender and put in a water bath (do not stop moving because it sticks) when it is already thick and shines and it is left to cool. Empty it in the bread pan and put the mango slices (drained) on top.
For the cover the juice of mango in syrup is cooked with half a quarter of cornstarch or less and it is liquefied and put in a water bath, it is less thick and when it shines, it is left to cool and the whole pie is covered. Put to refrigerate.
