Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 guavas
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 21 grams gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pay crust

Preparation

Wash the guavas and remove the pulp and put them in the blender.
Add to the blender the milk jug, evaporated milk and sugar liquefy very well without leaving whole pieces.
In a bowl put the grenetina and hydrate with water, the grenetina must be covered flush with the water powder then stir a little and put in the microwave or water bath to be liquid and crystalline. Subsequently add to the shake you already have while still liquefying.
Since you have everything ready, pour the preparation on the basis for pay; Refrigerate minimum 3 to 4 hours, preferably prepare the dessert the night before so that when you serve it has a better consistency.

PRESENTATION
