Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams cookie, of granola
  • 110 grams lard, melted
  • 4 avocados, or avocado
  • 2 lemon peel
  • lemon juice
  • 1 can condensed milk, original

Preparation

For the base, process the cookies along with the melted butter.
With this paste, cover the bottom of a 24cm pie plate, stepping well so that the dough is as compact as possible. Reserve.
For the filling, liquefy the avocado (avocado) along with the juice and the lemon zest.
Add the condensed milk and continue to liquefy until a smooth and uniform cream is obtained.
Dump over the dough and reserve in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cooked lemon rinds.

TIPS

You can crush the cookies for the base along with some dried fruit (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts).
