Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175º C.
Place the cookies in a bag and roll them over until they are powdered.
In a saucepan, melt the butter in the microwave at low temperature and mix with the cookies until it is integrated.
Distribute the mixture on the base and sides of the mold, pressing well with the help of your hands, make sure that there is no part left uncovered and that the thickness is more or less the same everywhere.
Let stand in the fridge while preparing the filling.
Mix the eggs, the juice of the lemons, the grated zest and the condensed milk until it is a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture over the cookie base, flatten the surface and bake for 15 minutes.
