Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups vanilla cookie, milled
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation

In a mold, mix the biscuit well with the butter and form the base of a mold pressing the dough with a spoon.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients and pour them into the cookie base. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C, remove and let cool.
Beat the egg whites until they are ready with snow and add the sugar little by little, distribute this meringue all over the foot and add to the oven until lightly browned.
