Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter for the base
  • 2 cups of chocolate white, for the base
  • 1/2 Cup of chocolate melted, for the base
  • 4 cups of puffed rice of chocolate, for the base
  • 2 cups of chocolate pink, for the filling
  • 3 cups of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable food coloring pink, for the filling
  • 1 Cup of small marshmallow of colors
  • 1 Cup of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of granillo of colors, to decorate
  • enough of cherries in syrup, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base, in a bowl place the butter with the chocolates and melt for 30 seconds in the microwave. Remove when the preparation is liquid. Add the chocolate, the cereal and mix until incorporated.
    In a mold for tart with sticky plastic, place the mixture and with the help of a spoon, flatten to form the base. Refrigerate and reserve.
    Put the chocolates in the blender, melt in the microwave in 30 seconds. Add the cream cheese and the pink dye, beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour into the mold with the base and spread well with a spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Remove the cooling pie and decorate with colored chocolates, whipped cream, granillo and cherries.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with small colorful chocolates, the cream to beat, the colorful granillo and the cherries.

    TIPS
