Delicious guayaba pie, perfect for this season, super easy, economical and delicious. The fruit can be replaced by anyone to your liking, I promise you will be very rich.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package Marie biscuit, ground
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams guava puree, or to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Incorporate the cracker with the melted butter and put it in a mold to pay and refrigerate.
Blend the following ingredients of the recipe.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180ºC (check with a toothpick, when removing dry is ready) and let it rest to cool and decorate to taste.

PRESENTATION

It can be decorated with guavas in syrup (cook water, sugar and guava until it thickens).
