Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package ground bread
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bunch anise

Preparation

Preheated oven at 180 ° C
In a bowl place the ground bread with the butter at room temperature for easy handling, and with your hands we incorporate it until you form a dough.
In a previously greased pie pan (if it is made of glass, place well-greased aluminum foil) place the dough that we made with the ground bread and the butter giving it the shape of the biscuit, and bake for 15 minutes at 180º C. It can be Conventional or electric oven (make sure you enter your mold beforehand). Remove the oven and cool.
Blend condensed milk with lemon juice and cream cheese. When the mixture is homogeneous add a few sprigs of anise.
Once the cookie is at room temperature, add the previous mixture, decorate and freeze for 2 hours and go!

TIPS

You can decorate with slices of lemon or whipped cream with red fruits! It is recommended that you mix the ingredients so that the anise is completely integrated.
