Preparation
If necessary, bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF the cookie-based pie mold.
To make the lemon filling, beat the eggs with sugar and lemon zest in a large bowl until smooth. Add the lemon juice and then add the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%. Continue beating until all ingredients are well combined.
Reduce the oven temperature to 250ºF and pour the filling into the mold. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately 1 hour.
When ready to serve, preheat the oven to very hot. Sift the icing sugar over the cake and put in the oven until the sugar caramelizes to a light golden color.
