Ingredients

  • 1/2 glasses lemon juice
  • 1 boat condensed milk
  • 150 grams cookie, ground
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Mix the ground cookies with the butter until you have a paste. Line a cake mold and reserve.
Mix the condensed milk with the egg yolks, the lemon juice and the lemon zest, fill the mold.
