Prepare this delicious lemon pie recipe with peaches and bring to your table the taste of a British dessert that no one at home can resist. It is also very easy to make.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 pieces of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of Nestle media creama
  • 1 can of peach in syrup
  • 20 pieces of green lemon just the juice
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of unflavored gelatin

    Preparation

    Juice 20 lemons.
    Put the juice of the lemons, the two cream cheese packets, the two cans of condensed milk and the two half-cream cans into the blender; blend until it is perfectly integrated.
    The two tablespoons of unflavored gelatin are added to a glass container and water is added, stir until all the powder of the grenetina is dissolved and heat 10 seconds in the microwave until it is melted.
    Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender where the cream mixture is, blend until it is completely integrated.
    Pour the previous mixture into a container and put it in the refrigerator for two hours, after two hours the container is removed and the peaches are cut into pieces for the decoration of the dessert.
    Finally, refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    A piece of the pie is placed on a plate and condensed milk and a little lemon peel are added on top.

    TIPS

    You can enjoy it with a very good cup of coffee.
