Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of flour For the mass

  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar For the mass
  • 1 1/2 sticks of Butter For the mass
  • 1 piece of egg yolk For the mass

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar For the filling
  • 6 spoonfuls of cornstarch For the filling
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter melted For the filling
  • 4 pieces of egg white pasteurized for the French meringue
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar For the French meringue
  • 1 piece of green lemon zest

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
