  • 4 egg whites, pasteurized for the French meringue
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, For the French meringue
  • 1 lemon, zest


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Califico con 2 por no estar completa la receta!!... Falta en los ingredientes, la cantidad de jugo de limón para el relleno. Se menciona agregar el jugo de limón para el relleno, pero cuánto?
