Try this delicious lemon pie, made with Greek Type Yoghurt FAGE Total 0%. It is an easy recipe that will surprise all your guests. Not to be missed!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3/4 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 cups Marie biscuit
  • 3 lemons, (juice)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%

Preparation

For the base: Crush the cookies in a processor or blender and mix with the melted butter. Place base for pie in a removable container and press down with your fingers or with a spoon.
Filling: Mix in the blender the Greek Type Yoghurt FAGE Total 0%, the condensed milk and the juice of the 3 lemons.
Pour the mixture on the biscuit base, decorate with a bit of cracked crust and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.

PRESENTATION

Remove from the freezer at least 10 minutes before serving and decorate with slices of lemon, raspberries or strawberries.

A través de iOS Creo q las dos tazas de galletas molidas en mucho para solo 3/4 de barra de mantequilla, yo lo hice así y no se hizo la pasta de galletas para la base del pay, también le puse el jugo de 5 limones pequeños para que agarrara más sabor... Saludos!

pay degustado consistencia 9 sabor un poco flojo en comparación al pay tradicional sin lo crocante del merengue aunque se aprecia lo sutil del sabor si en vez de acompañar una bebida fuerte se sirve como acompañante de té o infusión, ya que no empalaga.
