Preparation
Grind the cookies in the blender and once crushed, place in a bowl for pay. Add the butter, mix until completely integrated.
When a dough has been formed with butter and cookies, cover the floor and sides of the mold.
Add lemon juice, condensed milk, cream, 1/3 bar of cream cheese to blender. Blend until you get the consistency you want, if it is too watery you can add the rest of the cream cheese.
