Close your menu with a flourish and stay with an exquisite taste in your mouth with this rich lemon-cooled pie.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams Double cream cheese
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 pay crust, of cookies
  • 3 teaspoons gelatin, already moistened

Preparation

Acrema the cheese in the blender until smooth and without lumps. Add the milk and continue beating until it is well integrated. Add the lemon juice and mix very well.
Empty the filling in the cookie base and refrigerate until set (2 hours approximately).

PRESENTATION

It can be presented with jam of your choice or with lines of melted chocolate.

TIPS

The biscuit base is already sold in supermarkets in the bakery area and if you do not want to buy it, it is very easy to make just a packet of maria cookies and a basket of butter is crushed in the blender or in the processor
