Preparation
Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice.
Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk and lemon until a cream is left.
Hydrate the grenetine in 1/2 cup of water, dissolving it in a water bath to avoid lumps. Once the grenetina is hydrated, add it to the mixture of the pie.
Divide the mixture into 3 containers in equal parts and paint in different shades of green from the lightest to the strongest.
Grease the mold with coconut oil or butter.
In a container, place a biscuit base and add the green mixture with a lighter shade and continue to make layers of cookies and the mixture until you reach the top of the container.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and remove mold.
