Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of flour for pasta
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar for pasta
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder for pasta
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt for pasta
  • 1/2 bar of Butter cold, for pasta
  • 1 egg for pasta
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 6 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 3 eggs big
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of Rum
  • 2 cups of nut in halves
  • 1 Cup of bee honey

    Preparation

    For the pasta: Combine flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, baking powder in the food processor. Press 3 times.
    Add the butter and process until there are no large pieces of butter, like 15 seconds.
    Add an egg and press as 10 times until the paste forms into a ball.
    Form a ball with your hands, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate it for one hour.
    For the filling: Combine the honey and sugar in saucepan and put over low heat to boil without stirring and leave until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add butter and let melt.
    In a bowl stir eggs, rum and salt. Add the butter mixture with honey being careful not to stir too much. Let cool.
    Heat oven to 180 ° C. For the pasta, remove from the refrigerator and knead with roller to have a circle of 30 cm in diameter. Put in a small greased pie pan previously greased. Pressing a little.
    Trim the excess of the edges. Arrange the nuts in the pasta, pour the filling and put it on the nuts.
    With a fork push the nuts down so they are covered. Add some nuts on top.
    Bake for 35 minutes until the filling is firm. Serve cold or warm.
