This is a cold pecan pie, it is an explosion of flavor and texture; since it is soft and creamy with an intense nutty flavor with cajeta. The perfect combination.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 envelopes vanilla cookie
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 package jelly, pecan flavor
  • 1 ladle vanilla essence
  • to taste walnut, shelled
  • to taste cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet

Preparation

Blend, the vanilla flavor biscuit sachets, until the dough is very thin, then move to a mold or bowl.
Melt the 100 g. of butter in the microwave or on the stove in a saucepan over low heat, then empty the bowl with the cookies and mix everything, until there is a cough, crush it with the bottom of a glass to obtain a uniform layer.
Pour into the blender the can of evaporated milk, half a can of condensed milk, the bar of cream cheese, a spoonful of vanilla essence. Hydrate the gelatin in 1 cup of hot water and add to the mixture.
Grease the mold with a little oil where the cookie layer is, so that the pie does not stick to the mold when done. Pour the blender mixture into the already greased mold, let stand in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
When firm, remove from the refrigerator and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with shelled pecans on the top and with some cajeta drizzled over them.

Duda El pay se pone en entre refrigerador o congelado

Lo que falta La nuez se le hecha al final. En la presentación, ya que estuvo en el congelador, la sacas y le pones la cajeta formando líneas las veces de desees y la nuez se la pones hasta arriba. Sólo es la presentación Adys Abad

Gelatina de otro sabor? Una duda la gelatina si fuera de rompope por ejemplo se hidrata en agua o en leche a fuerza? Es que no encontré de nuez. Ayudaaaaa
