A good and delicious cake is always the ideal option to share with those you love most, prepare this delicious option of pear with almonds made with a base of broken pasta and a soft filling with a touch of citrus.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of flour for the mass
  • 75 grams of Butter for the mass
  • 50 grams of sugar for the mass

  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon zest for the mass
  • 125 grams of Butter
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of Orange juice
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of almond flour
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 3 pieces of pear peeled and cut in half moons
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond filleted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
