Ingredients

  • 125 grams butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 50 grams flour
  • 250 grams almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 pears, peeled and cut in half moons
  • 1/4 cups almond, filleted
  • to taste powdered sugar, at your service
  • to taste almond, steak to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Refrigerate the cake 1 hour, decorate with icing sugar and almonds.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a little more icing sugar and almonds.
