Preparation
Place the peaches, the white wine, the lemon and the fructose in the blender . Beat between 1 and 2 minutes to have a smooth and dense liquid.
Serve in a glass container and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
Put 4 glasses of ice cream in the freezer at least 30 minutes before serving.
Remove the granita from the freezer and with a soup spoon crumble it starting from a corner.
Fill the glasses well frozen halfway and add some fresh fruits such as cherries, red currants, strawberries. Fill the glass to the brim with the crushed granita.
