Ingredients

36 portions
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, soft
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 450 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 36 baking cups, for sweet
  • pastry bag

Preparation

Combine the sugar and peanut butter in a blender at medium speed until everything is combined. Transfer the mixture to a plastic dulla.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, keep the melted chocolate on the hot water. Use a small spoon to cover each layer with the chocolate. Make sure the chocolate covers the bottom and sides. Pass the cups to a tray of cupcakes to keep their shape. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes until they harden.
Remove the saucers from the freezer and apply the mixture of peanut butter with the dulla, until they are 3/4 full. Fill the rest of each layer with melted chocolate, for this you can use a chuchara. Return to the freezer for 25 minutes.
