Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

36 portions
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, gentle
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 450 grams bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Combine sugar and peanut butter in a mixer on medium speed until everything is combined. Transfer the mixture to a plastic duya.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, keep the melted chocolate over the hot water. Use a small spoon to cover the cups with the chocolate. Make sure the chocolate covers the bottom and sides. Transfer the cups to a cupcake tray to keep their shape. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes until they harden.
Take the cups out of the freezer and with the dulla apply the peanut butter mixture, until they are 3/4 full. Fill the rest of each layer with melted chocolate, for this you can use a chuchara. Return to the freezer for 25 minutes.
